This policy explains, in straightforward terms, how our brand and content may and may not be used. For clients, the licence to use Stratworth materials is governed by our [Terms of Business](https://www.stratworthadvisory.com/terms-conditions/#intellectual-property). If there is any difference between this policy and the Terms of Business, the Terms of Business apply. ## Our brand and trade marks SCALE2SELL® is a registered UK trade mark used by Stratworth Advisory Ltd. Stratworth also uses other names, logos, straplines and brand elements in connection with its business, including the Stratworth Advisory name and branding. You may refer to Stratworth Advisory and SCALE2SELL® in genuine editorial, educational, press or factual contexts, provided the reference is accurate and does not suggest that we have endorsed, sponsored or partnered with you where we have not. You must not, without our written permission: - reproduce, imitate or modify our logos or branding; - use our brand or trade marks in a way that suggests an association, partnership, endorsement or licence that does not exist; - use our branding, programme names or other brand assets to promote or sell your own products or services; or - register or use a business name, domain name, social-media identity or other branding that is likely to be confused with Stratworth Advisory or SCALE2SELL®. ## Our content and materials Our original content and materials are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property rights. This includes, where applicable: - SCALE2SELL® frameworks and methodology; - client Toolkits, templates and guides; - Executive Dashboard, Quarterly Readiness Radar and assessment or review materials; - Stratworth Vault materials; - Founder Discovery materials; - strategic frameworks and visual models; - presentations and briefing materials; - website content; - onboarding materials; and - other original written, visual and digital content produced by Stratworth. ### What clients may do Subject to our Terms of Business, clients may use Stratworth materials for the internal purposes of their own business. Clients may also share relevant materials confidentially with their own professional advisers, such as accountants and lawyers, where those advisers need the material to advise the client. Once all fees due under an engagement, including any applicable minimum-term fees, have been paid, clients may retain materials they have legitimately downloaded during their engagement for their own internal reference. Brief quotation from material we publish publicly on our website is permitted where allowed by law, for example for criticism, review, news reporting or citation, with appropriate attribution to Stratworth Advisory. This does not give permission to reproduce or distribute our client Toolkits, templates, Stratworth Vault materials or other proprietary client content. ### What is not permitted Unless we have agreed otherwise in writing, you must not: - publish or distribute Stratworth client materials publicly; - sell, licence or commercially exploit our materials; - reproduce our materials for use by another business; - share client materials with third parties other than your own professional advisers as described above; - white-label, rebrand or present our materials as your own; - use Stratworth materials to provide advisory, consultancy, training or similar services to third parties; - remove copyright notices, watermarks or other identifying information; or - use our proprietary materials to train artificial-intelligence models or create competing materials or services. Stratworth Vault access ends when the relevant subscription or engagement ends. Stratworth materials may include visible or invisible identifiers or watermarks to help protect our intellectual property and identify the client to whom materials were supplied. If materials are used outside the licence granted under our Terms of Business, we may withdraw permission for their continued use and take appropriate steps to protect our rights. ## Permission and enquiries We are very happy to consider reasonable requests to quote, reproduce or use Stratworth material. If you would like permission to use any Stratworth trade mark, brand asset or copyright material outside the uses described above, please contact us before doing so. Similarly, if you believe Stratworth intellectual property is being used without permission, please let us know.
